2. Description of Service
UltiStackr is an ultimate frisbee playbook and strategy application that allows users to create, edit, organize, and share plays and playbooks. The Service includes features for team management, player rosters, and collaborative playbook editing.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on UltiStackr, including playbooks, plays, and team configurations ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant UltiStackr a limited license to store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and those you choose to share it with.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or is intended to disrupt the Service
• Is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
5. Sharing and Collaboration
The Service allows you to share playbooks with other users and teams. When you share content, the recipients will be able to view or edit it according to the permissions you grant. You are responsible for managing sharing permissions on your content.
Team owners and managers may add players to team rosters. By accepting an invitation to join a team, you agree to allow team managers and coaches to view your player profile information within the context of that team.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without prior written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
7. Service Availability
UltiStackr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltiStackr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Google Maps Platform
Some features of the Service use Google Maps Platform, including location search and weather-based location services. By using those features, you agree that any location and weather information may be provided by Google and is subject to Google's published terms.
