2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
• Email address
• Password (stored securely as a hash — we never store plaintext passwords)
• Display name (if provided, or derived from your Google account)
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
2.2 Player Profile Information
You or a team manager may provide optional player profile information, including:
• Name and short name
• Jersey number
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Height and weight
This information is used for team roster management and is visible to members of teams you belong to.
2.3 Content You Create
We store the playbooks, plays, team configurations, and related content you create within the Service. This includes play diagrams, step sequences, tags, descriptions, and decision trees.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information through our hosting provider (Netlify) and backend provider (Supabase). On public web routes, we may also collect analytics information through Google Analytics, such as page views, referrer, approximate location, browser and device information, and campaign parameters.
When you use authenticated app features, we may collect first-party usage analytics to understand product adoption and reliability. This may include app opens, feature setup or completion, calendar sync status, RSVP and attendance actions, game logging milestones, report views, notification interactions, timestamps, counts, status, and error categories.
We aim to keep usage analytics privacy-light. We do not use these analytics to record message bodies, play contents, free-text notes, raw search text, precise device identifiers, or advertising profiles.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Enable collaboration features (sharing playbooks, team rosters, notifications)
• Send you notifications within the app (e.g., team invitations, playbook sharing alerts)
• Understand feature adoption, improve product reliability, and decide which features to maintain or improve
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your information may be shared in the following circumstances:
• With other users: When you share a playbook or join a team, relevant profile information is visible to collaborators and teammates.
• Service providers: We use third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Netlify (hosting), and Google (OAuth authentication, Google Analytics for public web analytics, and the Google services described below).
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure. We implement security measures including:
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure password hashing
• Row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data
• Authentication tokens with limited lifetimes
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies and Tracking
UltiStackr uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. On the web, we use analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. These optional analytics cookies help us understand public-route traffic, signup acquisition, and product interest. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Authenticated app usage analytics may be recorded through first-party service calls rather than analytics cookies. These analytics are used for product improvement and reliability, not third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Google Maps Platform and Weather Data
Some features use Google Maps Platform APIs for location search, maps linking, and weather lookups. This may include sharing event names, team location names, or coordinates with those services so we can provide scheduled weather and venue guidance.
